Bayswater Dental Surgery was established over 40 years ago and its’ present owners Dr. Raj Sengupta and Dr. Bindesh Shah took over the surgery in 2001. Both practice principals, Raj and Bindesh have been friends since they trained together at King’s College London, after which they did their Vocational training at Whipps Cross Hospital. After completing their Vocational training, they both worked as associate dentists in Redbridge for 2 years before becoming business partners at the Bayswater Dental Surgery. They bring over 20 years of clinical experience in general practice. Find out more about us from our team below.
At Bayswater Dental Surgery, we aim to run the surgery in a caring, gentle and honest way. Both Raj and Bindesh are also London Deanery Trainers/Educational Supervisors and have been training post-graduate dentists for over 8 years. Both are firmly committed to the NHS with Raj’s father having served the NHS as a doctor for over 40 years, and Bindesh’s brother currently working as a Professor in Chest Medicine at the Royal Brompton.
We are lucky to have a wonderful team supporting us with another dentist, our receptionist, 3 nurses, and 2 part-time hygienists.
